Thank you for choosing Brooklyn Case Club! We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and transparently as possible. Because we serve a global community, we want to ensure you have all the information regarding our shipping process.
1. Shipping Origins
All orders are processed and shipped from our design studio located in Semarang, Indonesia. We use premium international carriers to ensure your package arrives safely at your doorstep in the United States.
2. Shipping Destinations & Costs
- United States: We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the U.S..
- International: Currently, we focus primarily on the U.S. market. Please contact us at prasetricky@gmail.com for inquiries regarding other destinations.
3. Processing & Delivery Times
We know you're excited to receive your new cases! Here is what you can expect:
- Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Estimated Delivery Time: For our customers in the U.S., delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after the order has been processed.
- Total Delivery Time: Please allow a total of 8-17 business days for your order to arrive.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the carrier’s website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For our U.S. customers, orders under $800 are typically exempt from import duties. However, Brooklyn Case Club is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery dates, please understand that delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, holiday seasons, or extreme weather conditions. We are not liable for these external carrier delays, but we will assist you in tracking your package.
7. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at prasetricky@gmail.com.
