At Brooklyn Case Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at prasetricky@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
We believe in a stress-free shopping experience, which is why we offer Free Return Shipping for our customers. You will not be charged for the return label if the return is approved under our standard policy.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at prasetricky@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
