SHIPPING

1. Where does Brooklyn Case Club ship to? Currently, we primarily serve customers throughout the United States. All orders are shipped directly from our design studio and fulfillment center in Semarang, Indonesia.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive? Since we ship internationally to provide you with unique designs, our estimated delivery timeline is as follows:

  • Order Processing: 1-3 business days (for our Ready Stock items).
  • Transit Time: 7-14 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your package within 8-17 business days after placing your order.

3. Will I receive a tracking number? Yes, absolutely! As soon as your package is handed over to our premium international carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a live tracking number.

4. Will I have to pay import duties or customs taxes? For our customers in the United States, orders under $800 are typically exempt from import duties. However, if any additional fees are imposed by local authorities, these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

5. What if I am not satisfied with the product I received? We want you to love your purchase! We offer a 30-Day Return Policy. If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

6. Are returns free of charge? Yes! We want you to shop with confidence. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label via email at no cost to you.

7. How long does the refund process take? Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our studio, we will initiate the refund immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

8. Are Brooklyn Case Club products actually in stock? Yes, 100%. We are not a dropshipping store. Every product you see on our website is Ready Stock in our Semarang warehouse and is personally inspected by our team before shipment.

9. Can I cancel my order? We process orders very quickly. If you need to cancel, please contact us at prasetricky@gmail.com within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may follow our return procedure once the item arrives.
