Refund Policy
Inspection & Notification
Once your returned package arrives at our studio in Semarang, our quality control team will carefully inspect the item to make sure it meets our return guidelines (unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging).
We’ll send you an email as soon as we receive your return, and another one after the inspection is complete to confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined.
Automatic Refund
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (such as PayPal, Credit Card, or Debit Card). There’s nothing else you need to do on your end.
How Long It Takes
On our side:
We aim to complete the refund process within 10 business days of approving your return.
On your bank’s side:
Even though we release the funds right away, your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account. Processing times vary depending on the institution.
If Your Refund Is Delayed
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see the credit:
- Double-check your bank or card statement
- Contact your bank or card provider to ask if the refund is pending

We’ll share the transaction ID so your bank can trace the payment.
